Improve your technical and customer service skills to assist passengers and meet baggage handling standards. - Deliver consistent quality according to industry standards. Get practical knowledge and tools about travel documents that are required prior to boarding. Evaluate and recognise in advance potentially disruptive passengers (through behaviour and other patterns) to prevent delays and disruptions of flights and avoid penalties due to inadmissible passengers at the destination.
